Conflict of interest policy
What is our general policy on conflicts of interest? Concrete conflicts of interest that arise are reported to the management of the company and to the person responsible for managing conflicts of interest.
The management of the company can take the following two types of management measures in order to prevent conflicts of interest:
- Monitor individually those whose main task involves an increased risk of conflicts of interest;
- Define employee compensation schemes that discourage conflicts of interest.
We systematically check whether the conflict of interest does not prevent us from acting in a loyal, fair and professional manner. Our company, if it considers that it cannot intervene due to a conflict of interest, reserves the right to refuse or cease the provision of services.
In general, the company adopts the following principles as a policy for preventing conflicts of interest:
- "Leadership by example"
The management committee and senior managers of our company respect the prevailing values in the prevention and management of conflicts of interest and implement this policy in practice.
