The Company Individual Pension Account (CIPA) is a pension plan reserved for company directors allowing them to build up capital complementary to their legal pension. This pension plan consists of a tax-deductible life insurance to which the company contributes and of which the director is the beneficiary at retirement.

The CIPA is exclusively designed for company directors, i.e. natural persons exercising a mandate as director, manager, liquidator or a similar function within a company outside the context of a work contract.
